The path from search to comparable offers
Lock the brief
Use, module dimensions, primary frame, secondary framing, purlins, girts, eave height, bay spacing, clear span, wind speed, ground snow load, seismic design category, foundation interface and destination are written before outreach. A worked check uses 20 ft eave height, 25 ft bay spacing, 60 ft clear span, 115 mph wind speed and 30 psf ground snow load, and leaves any unknown cell blank instead of copying another county.
Ask factories the same questions
Suppliers receive the same scope label and the same exclusion list. Responses that change span, coating or responsibility are returned as deviations.
Hand the matrix back
The buyer and the project professionals keep the technical and contracting decision. This desk coordinates questions. It does not stamp drawings or accept the building.
