ArcField Sourcing terms of service
These terms describe an independent sourcing desk that helps business buyers request and compare quotations for alternative buildings. They do not create a purchase of any named third-party brand, and they do not appoint this site as a dealer for that brand.
What the desk does
You may send a building use, dimensions, design criteria, quantity, destination, scope label, optional budget and supplier preference. ArcField Sourcing may organize questions to factories and return the answers that are actually received. Availability, price, lead time and technical fit remain subject to the supplier documents and your own review.
What the desk does not do
The site does not design the foundation, stamp calculations, pull permits or install the building. Code references such as IBC, ASCE 7 or AISC 360 are topics you and your professionals must check for the project jurisdiction. A form submission is a request for follow-up, not an accepted order and not a fixed quotation.
Your information
Write accurate project facts. Do not send confidential drawings you are not allowed to share. Optional budget text is your target, including currency and whether it is per unit or for the whole order. Supplier preference is your buying stance. It is not a score we have audited.
Limits
We do not promise a reply by a stated hour, a particular factory, or a commercial result. Comparisons are only as complete as the scope you confirm. If a supplier changes a member, a coating or a responsibility, that change has to be accepted by you before it is treated as meeting the brief.
Quotes and third-party names
A search term that names another company is context for your request. Sending that name does not mean ArcField Sourcing will obtain that company's product, color literature, or plant slot. Alternative quotations are for products described in your brief. If you need a specific member size, coating, or clear span, put it in the note so the comparison does not drift.
