Independent sourcing partner for alternative building quotations. Not chief buildings and not affiliated with that brand.

Project intake

Contact ArcField Sourcing with a building brief

This page is the working desk for an independent sourcing service. It is not a map of a published showroom, and it is not chief buildings. No street address, telephone number or social account is listed because none is published for this site. Use the form to send use, dimensions, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and the scope you want quoted.

Where the note goes

The form on this page is the intake. There is no public street address to visit and no map pin to follow. After the note arrives, the desk reads the building use and the scope label before any factory is asked to price it.

What to include

Work email is the reply path inside the form. No direct phone line is published. Write specification, quantity, destination and requested timing. Add wind, snow or seismic figures only when you have them, and say when a foundation or installation line is excluded.

When it is read

Notes are reviewed on US business days. This page does not promise a clock time for the first reply. A thin note that names the open items is enough to start. Drawings can follow. A budget and a supplier preference are optional buyer choices, not a condition of sending the form.

  1. 1. Building factsUse, size, loads, jurisdiction, quantity and destination.
  2. 2. Commercial choicesScope label, optional budget, currency and per-unit or whole-order basis.
  3. 3. PreferencePremium, mid-range, budget-friendly or not sure. This is your preference, not a verified rating.

If a number is still unknown, write unknown. A missing ground snow load should stay blank rather than be copied from another county. A missing door schedule should be named as an exclusion or as a later add. The desk will not invent a wind speed, a steel grade or a delivery week to make the form look complete. When the engineer already has figures, send eave height in ft, bay spacing in ft, clear span in ft, wind speed in mph and ground snow load in psf, for example 18 ft, 25 ft, 80 ft, 115 mph and 30 psf, plus the primary frame and foundation interface you want priced.

After the note is in, the next useful step is a line-by-line reading of whatever quotation comes back: included members, excluded foundation work, freight basis and the document list. That reading is shared with you. It is not a substitute for the structural engineer or the authority having jurisdiction. Related pages: building options, quote alignment, scope checkpoints.
