Independent sourcing partner for alternative building quotations. Not chief buildings and not affiliated with that brand.

ArcField Sourcing privacy policy

This policy explains how an independent building-sourcing desk handles the details a business buyer types into the inquiry form. It is not a privacy notice for any third-party brand that a visitor may have been researching.

Details the form collects

The form asks for a name, work email, optional phone, company and a requirements note. The note may include product use, dimensions, quantity, destination, timing, an optional budget and a supplier preference. Those extra choices are added to the requirements text at submission so the existing form field carries them. We do not ask you to upload a file through this page.

Why they are used

The details are used to understand the building request, to ask factories relevant questions, and to reply to the work email you provide. They are not used to invent a public profile, a map pin or a phone directory entry for this site. We do not sell the inquiry as a marketing list.

How long the conversation stays practical

Keep your own copy of drawings and decisions. If you want a submitted note corrected, use the same form and say what changed. A browser session may remember that you closed the sourcing-support notice. That local flag is about the notice, not about ranking your company.

What we do not collect on this page

There is no account registration, no public comment thread, and no file upload. Do not place payment card numbers in the requirements box. Project drawings that you still need to keep confidential should be described first, then shared only after you decide a supplier conversation is appropriate.

Privacy questions go through the contact form. Please do not send account passwords or unrelated personal records in the building brief.
